Ab initio quantum chemical calculations of adsorption of organic molecules on inorganic substracts.

Limitations of ab initio quantum chemical methods and basis sets in the calculation of properties of large systems.

Modeling of infinite systems by use of clusters in quantum chemical calculations.

Chemical Education
Application of modern learning and teaching methods in the General Chemistry Laboratories, including cooperative work, guided projects and information technology.

Development of electronic materials for use in the teaching of chemistry, such as CD-ROMs and Web pages.
